We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Software Design Engineer (Embedded) to join a global and progressive designer and manufacturer of innovative high-technology special purpose machinery equipment and solutions to the global food and non-food processing industries.
As a (Embedded) Software Design Engineer, you will be working within a multidisciplinary engineering team, where your responsibility would be to develop embedded software for new products. Includs object-oriented design, configuration, communication (TCP/IP, RS485), fault handling.etc
Ideally you should have
- Good Software design engineering experience.
- Good working knowledge of C++
- Knowledge of real-time embedded control and OOD techniques
- Experience of Hardware-Software integration
- Working knowledge of real-ime operating systems
- A degree in a Computer Science or similar subject
